INGREDIENTS

1 jar Rustic Marinara
1 large green zucchini
1 large yellow zucchini
Salt & fresh pepper to taste
fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)
freshly-grated Parmigiano Reggiano

PREPARATION

Heat the sauce in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.

Spiralize the zucchini following the machine’s directions. 

When the sauce starts to boil, lower heat and add the spiralized zucchini. Toss until it is evenly coated with sauce. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are slightly softened. Remove from the heat and serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and Parmigiano.
