SHIPPING & RETURNS

PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number. We ship our products through the US Postal Service or UPS within the continental United States. We carefully pack our products with recycled and/or biodegradable materials protection during transit.

SHIPPING FEES:

FLAT FEE SHIPPING starts at $8 up to $20 depending on the shipping zone/distance from our Brooklyn, NY facility; and applies to any order under $115. Please note we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please contact us for custom quotes to these areas.

FREE SHIPPING will automatically apply at checkout for orders over $115. 

LOCAL PICKUP* IS AVAILABLE ON MARKET DAYS at our NYC Greenmarket stands. To access this option, add items to the cart, go to checkout, and choose PICKUP from the options provided.

*Pickup orders must be placed in advance by the previous day at 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm, will be ready for pick up the following corresponding day during market hours (see market calendar for applicable days and schedules). Customers receive a notification/reminder the day their order is ready to pick up. If you don't pick up your order on pickup day, a restocking fee of 3.45% of your total will be added.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on food products, gift cards or sale items. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

DAMAGE/BREAKAGE:

If upon receipt, there is breakage, or visible product leakage, PLEASE EMAIL US PHOTOS of the damage and the inside/outside of the box to: info@citysaucery.com so we can process a claim and replacement. PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK THE PACKAGE, SINCE IT’S LIKELY THAT ONLY ONE OUT OF MANY ITEMS WAS DAMAGED, AND BEING A FOOD PRODUCT, THE CARRIER WILL JUST DISCARD EVERYTHING. DO NOT TAKE ADVICE FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON ON NOT SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY, NO MATTER ITS CONDITION.

IF WE DO NOT HAVE AN IMAGE OF THE DAMAGE, OR AN ACCURATE COUNT, WE CANNOT ISSUE A REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT. WE NEED PROOF TO SUBMIT TO THE CARRIER TO SUBMIT A CLAIM. We normally respond within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us in 24 hours, please use our CONTACT FORM since sometimes personal emails are sent to spam by our system.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product after the delivery is completed.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

If the tracking says that the package was DELIVERED, City Saucery is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We currently do not ship our products outside the continental UNITED STATES.

SPECIAL OFFERS & SALES:

• Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last. A limited quantity of promotional discounts are available per item. If supplies are still available after all of the promotional discounts have been used, customers may purchase the item at its regular price.
• Orders must be placed before expiration to receive the promotional discount.
• Promotional discounts are good only for specific products featured.
