“Ugly” tomatoes are either overripe or bruised but also ideal for making sauce. We cook them for hours turning these imperfect tomatoes into a 5-ingredient only tomato and basil sauce without garlic. You can add whatever you like or use as is on pasta, veggies, proteins or any recipe calling for a fresh marinara. You can't find any fresher, or cleaner, than the Saucery's Ugly Tomato Sauce. Ugly, but tasty!

Like all our products, our Vodka Sauce is 100% vegan and we’re proud of it. Too much dairy does not do a body good. Our cheesy, without any of the cheese sauce contains cashew cream we make from scratch giving it the creaminess you crave and nutritional yeast for that cheesy flavor it deserves. We got rid of all the dairy with this one but not an ounce of the vodka. The vodka is all real. We’re not completely insane!

Fileja (pro: fee-lay-ah) is a traditional pasta from Calabria, Italy. It is handmade using knitting needles (not kidding!), also, with a lot of love and muscle. Enjoy our fileja with a hearty pork ragu or a classic and delicious tomato sauce like our Rustic Marinara. It takes a bit longer to cook al dente, but totally worth the wait. Buon appetito!

A popular shape from the Lazio region, Bucatini pasta gets its name from the Italian word bucato meaning “hole” which describes the thin hole down the center of each noodle. Use them in classics like cacio e pepe, amatriciana and so many more. Handcrafted according to tradition, this is real Italian pasta at its finest. Its texture creates an ideal surface for collecting sauces, like our Mushroom Ragu, and its consistency is firm and chewy. Cook it al dente to enjoy its flavor and texture. There's nothing better than a mouthful of bucatini pasta!

Stroncatura (meaning "scraps") is a pasta with a not so bright history. Once considered the "pasta for the poor", the story goes that it was once made with leftovers collected daily from a mill. Literally, scraps of carob (used mainly as animal feed and considered not fit for human consumption) were given to peasants who created the pasta and doused it with a heavy anchovy sauce to mask the flavor. It’s hearty and porous texture absorbs any sauce it’s cooked in like our sharp and briny Spicy Calabrian Sauce.
Perfected and produced today using bronze dies and dried at low temperatures, it rivals any whole-wheat pasta in supermarkets.
