Our fancy ketchup is a spreadable reduction of overripe tomatoes and apples brightened with warm spices like ginger, cinnamon, and allspice. A more elevated and cleaner ketchup if you will. Great for dipping french fries, topping burgers, eggs, and even sandwiches!
