We use upcycled San Marzano tomatoes that are bruised or over-ripe, peel them, and pack them in their natural juices. No salt! No sugar! No oil! No kidding!
Cook these delicious tomatoes into a sauce, soup, stew or use them straight out of the jar on bread or toss them with your favorite pasta shape.
