Inspired by Calabria (always), we wanted to pay homage to the spicy Italian region by using up all the regional Calabrian chilies we had on hand and created this delicious condiment that can be used as an addition to any of our sauces, use as a sandwich spread, make stuzzichini like the Calabrians, also a great flavor enhancer or pair with cheeses and charcuterie. Drizzle over pizza, eggs, and soups.
