Sopressata, Ricotta and Tomato 'Nduja Bruschetta

whole wheat country bread
Spicy Tomato ‘Nduja
3 oz. spicy Calabrian Soppressata (Sliced Thin)
Ricotta, fresh
Coarse sea salt
Olive oil
PREPARATION
Toast bread, smear on thin layer of spicy Tomato ‘Nduja, spread on ricotta, season with coarse sea salt, top with a couple slices of spicy Calabrian Sopressata and drizzle with olive oil.
Pro Tip: Top with fresh herbs like basil or parsley if you have it.
