Spicy Chicken Wings

SERVES 4-6


MADE WITH TOMATO ‘NDUJA


INGREDIENTS

2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup spicy Tomato ‘Nduja
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP Rice wine vinegar
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 inch piece ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 TBSP butter, melted
Salt
Pepper

Additional lime and cilantro for serving, optional

PREPARATION

Preheat grill pan or grill.

Whisk together tomato ‘nduja, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, cilantro, ginger and garlic.

Pat chicken wings dry and season heavily with salt. Coat chicken wings in 3/4 of the sauce (reserve 1/4 for tossing once cooked).

Cook chicken wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Combine remaining sauce and melted butter. Toss cooked chicken wings in sauce immediately and enjoy.
