Fileja (pro: fee-lay-ah) is a traditional pasta from Calabria, Italy. It is handmade using knitting needles (not kidding!), also, with a lot of love and muscle. Enjoy our fileja with a hearty pork ragu or a classic and delicious tomato sauce like our Rustic Marinara. It takes a bit longer to cook al dente, but totally worth the wait. Buon appetito!
