durum wheat semolina, whole grain rye, water

3-4 minutes, if refrigerated.
If frozen, do not thaw. Drop the frozen pasta directly into the pot with heavily salted*, boiling water. Stir and gently fluff the ribbons apart for the first 30-60 seconds. Boil 4-5 minutes until al dente, and drain without rinsing.
Do not overcook.
*Salt the water generously, since there is no salt in the pasta.

Keep it refrigerated in its container for up to 5 days.
If kept longer, freeze in a airtight container/freezer bag for up to 1 month for peak flavor, though it remains safe for up to 3 months.
Fresh pasta will turn sour/grow mold if kept in the fridge too long
