Ditali is the Italian word for “little thimble” and it works really well in soups, pasta salads, pasta bakes and with a number of sauces like our Onion Ragu as well as classic Italian dishes like Pasta e Fagioli. This Ditali version is double-grooved ‘birigate’ (inside and out), and is typically served with heavier sauces and even creamy tomato soups using our Crushed Tomatoes or a classic minestrone.

Our Ditali is 100% Italian semola di grano duro.
